Sometimes life doesn't need to be figured out all at once. Sometimes you just need a safe place to pause, breathe, and begin again.
You deserve to take care of yourself, too.
Hi, I’m Michelle, and I believe every woman deserves a space where she feels heard, supported, and empowered.
With a Master’s in Education and a Master’s in Mental Health and Wellness from Angelo State University, I am passionate about helping women and young women ages 14 and older navigate the challenges and transitions of life.
I especially enjoy working with women experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, divorce and relationship challenges, motherhood and identity struggles, low self-esteem, and difficulty setting boundaries.
My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and individualized, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic approaches, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. Together, we can build emotional resilience, self-compassion, confidence, and healthier ways of navigating life.
